Section 3
Section 3 is a program geared to assist residents residing in affordable housing through San Bernardino County. The program fosters local economic development, neighborhood economic improvement and individual self-sufficiency. The basis of Section 3 is to provide job training and employment for residents and awarding these contracts to businesses/companies looking to receive certain funding using HUD financial assistance.
