Vendor/Trade Partner COVID-19 update (3/23/2020):
The Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino is a public agency that performs an “essential governmental function” per the California Health and Safety Code (Section 34310). While our offices have been closed to the public temporarily, our staff continues to remain at work on site. The safety of our staff and the families that we serve is of utmost importance. We also want to assure our trade partners who may be performing services at any of our offices or housing sites, that we are working daily to remain up to date with the latest changes and CDC requirements relative to the COVID-19 virus. We are continuing to follow recommendations by our local County Public Health Department and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Due to the recent impact of the COVID-19 virus, we understand that this may impact your business and/or work schedule. There is a growing concern surrounding this Virus and its fallout. Our office will still continue to process work orders and payments for work completed. In the event of your inability to perform work as a result of this crisis under your current contract or if you anticipate any changes and/or closures please notify our office immediately.
