Development
Office of Real Estate Development is responsible for project management, urban planning and design, real estate finance, and oversight of developers, consultants, and construction contractors related to development and redevelopment projects. The Department is also responsible for the coordination and preparation of the agency's Capital Improvement Plan, energy conservation initiatives, policy and program development within HACSB, and other technical assistance to HACSB departments. The Department frequently serves as the point of contact for grant partnerships as well as other collaborations with outside agencies and partners.
