Other Housing Opportunities

The Housing Authority and its affiliate non-profit currently own 1,614 housing units in 16 cities/communities throughout the county. These units were acquired and/or developed through a variety of partnerships with the State of California, San Bernardino County Department of Community Development and Housing, various cities throughout the county and Housing Partners I, Inc., a non-profit public housing corporation.

  • HOME Affordable Housing Units:
    The HOME Affordable housing program is available to low and moderate-income households whose annual income does not exceed 50%, 60% or 80% of the area median income (AMI).
  • Project Based Voucher (Low to Moderate Income Families):
    This federally funded program provides rental assistance in the form of a Project Based Housing Choice Voucher to low and moderate income families for the purpose of securing affordable housing.
